Our 5th release, and this time a stunning 3 year old single malt whisky aged a new American Oak cask. The cask has a level 3 char which means its pretty active but it has not dominated the spirit. Unbelievable sippable at cask strength and unbelievably smooth at 52% abv, there is very little to no alcohol heat.
On the nose there is big notes of vanilla, toffee, marzipan and almost Christmas cake esk, on the pallet more of the same with an upfront spiciness and a big long finish.
