We are a whisky distillery based in Frome, Somerset, all our spirits are produced from raw ingredients. We peat our own malt using Somerset peat in our on-site kiln, making us England's only truly English peated whisky distillery.
English Peated Whisky
For the last two and a half years we have been using local Somerset peat and green malt from Warminster Maltings to create the first ever fully traceable English peated malt, we have slowly been mashing, fermenting and distilling it into peated new make spirit.
March 2027 will see our first English Peated Single Malt Whisky Release, a single cask release - Tawny Port Hogshead.
