We normally ship on Tuesday and Thursday, we use DPD Next Day or Parcel Force 24 - we do not guarneet any delivery time frame except 3-5 working days, But if you order on Wednesday you should get your order on Friday, However if You order on Thursday and our courier collection has already happened it then wont be collected till Tuesday the following week and delivered the next day.

Call or email us, we are a small company and always do our best but sometimes we don't get everything packaged and shipped, or sometimes our delivery company lose, drop or run over packages, we will do our best to find out what happed and fix it.
