We take inspiration from the past to create the whisky of the future. Landrace/heritage grain varieties, traditional brewing yeast, direct fire copper pot stills, and a hands on production approach all lead to a truly unique spirit shaped by place and people.

Peating green malt at the distillery using peat from the Somerset levels is just the start, we have several more exciting projects in the pipeline for the coming months and years.

We are at the start of our journey to net zero, and its going to take time, but we are heading in the right direction.

Space is always a challenge, from finding a home for new equipment to storing the ever growing number of casks. It won't be long now before we start employing more people and opening the distillery up to the public.
